Contribution rules
**Federal Contribution Rules**
All contributions to Jeff Yuna's campaign are voluntary and made in accordance with federal law. By donating, you certify that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident alien (green card holder).
- This contribution is not made from the treasury of a corporation, labor organization, foreign national, federal government contractor, or national bank.
- This contribution is not financed by another person or entity on your behalf (e.g., reimbursements).
- You are not a minor under 18 making this contribution.
**Contribution Limits (2025-2026 Election Cycle):**
- **Individuals**: Up to $3,500 per election ($7,000 total for primary and general elections). Limits reset per election; spouses have separate limits.
- **Multicandidate PACs**: Up to $5,000 per election.
- **Non-multicandidate PACs**: Up to $3,500 per election.
- **Party Committees**: Up to $5,000 per election.
- **Total per Calendar Year**: No aggregate limit for candidates, but contributions count toward donor's overall FEC caps.
Contributions exceeding limits will be refunded. NationBuilder tracks totals per donor across elections (e.g., excess over $3,500 in primary goes to general). Recurring donations count toward limits only for the initial payment.
**Additional Notes:**
- All donations are processed securely via Stripe.
- Your information will be shared with the FEC and Texas Secretary of State's Elections Division as required by law.
